Symptom 1: Few toner powder come out when pull toner cartridge seals
Analysis: Left few toner powder on magnetic roller or magnetic roller warehouse
Treatment: Clean up
Symptom 2: Appears deep or light on the page at first printing
Analysis: Improper storage or transportation
Treatment: horizontally shake toner cartridge several times, to make tone powder evenly
Symptom3: printing words are shed off after hand touch
Analysis: Printing paper is too thick
Treatment: Change regular paper
Or maybe:
Analysis: Fixing film faulty
Treatment: repair the machine
Symptom 4: Appear slightly abnormal sound when printing
Analysis: Cartridge parts have some assembly problems, bad transportation or uncorrect installation
Treatment: Re-install the toner cartridge
Or maybe:
Analysis: Printer transmission Parts are damanged
Treatment: replace printer transmission parts
Symptom 5: print not clear
Analysis: surface if Opc drum may be damp, or was touched by hands
Treatment: printing more pages, to eliminate the problems
Or maybe:
Analysis: Aging printer scanner
Treatment: Replace scanner
