Part 2- After toner chip installed, machine shows: low toner/ no toner

Analysis Reason 1: Toner powder loaded not full

Note:

• Some toner chips, the chip capacity depended on how much toner powder. So, please load full toner powder when install new toner chip

• Make sure that using toner cartridge is not aging or damaged. If toner cartridge use too many times, some parts will be aging, and influent on toner chip capacity.

• Some machine, Toner detection device in the drum assembly or developer, if drum assembly or developer is not a sufficient toner powder, it will cause toner chip capacity not full or no toner powder.

Analysis Reason 1: Use wrong capacity of toner chip 
Note:

• Some toner chips have a variety of capacities (3K, 6K, 10K, etc.), also compatible with a variety of models. When install toner chip, need to choice correct toner chip capacity
