Symptom 1: 
Printing Color shallow round or uneven
Analysis: Toner damp, toner is low
Treatment: Shake Toner before use
Or maybe:
Analysis: aging toner cartridge
Treatment: replace new toner cartridge
Or maybe:
Analysis: Printer transfer roller is dirty or aging
Treatment:  Clean or replace the transfer roller

Symptom 2: 
Appear Hollow words on printing page
Analysis: Paper surface too strong or Paper surface too smooth, or damp paper
Treatment: Replace printing paper
Or maybe:
Analysis: toner powder quality problem
Treatment: replace good toner powder

Symptom 3: 
Appear Bottom ash on printing page
Analysis: OPC drum aging
Treatment: replace op drum
Or maybe:
Analysis: PCR roller is dirty or damaged
Treatment: Clean or replace the PCR roller
Or maybe:
Analysis: Damp toner powder
Treatment: Blow cartridge to be dry

Symptom 4: 
After printing, the full paper is black
Analysis: Aging printer scanner
Treatment: repair printer scanner
Or maybe: 
Analysis: toner cartridge problem
Treatment: replace toner cartridge

Symptom 5: 
Appear black Spots on printing page
Analysis: OPC drum scached
Treatment: replace new opc drum
Or maybe:
Analysis: Printer fixing film is damaged
Treatment: replace Printer fixing film
